Welcome to Valley Truck and Van (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or scheduling our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or engaging our services.

1. Services
Valley Truck and Van provides professional installation and application services including, but not limited to, spray-on bedliners, polyurethane coatings, mobile spray services, accessory installations, and fleet or contractor upfitting.
All services are performed by trained technicians and are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry and may change if project details are modified.
Payment terms are due as agreed upon at the time of service booking. We reserve the right to require deposits or full payment prior to work being performed.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of scheduled services and/or additional fees.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. To avoid fees, cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
4. Warranties
Select accessories and coatings are covered under our Valley Truck and Van Lifetime End-to-End Warranty, which includes both product replacement and re-installation when applicable.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or modifications made by anyone other than Valley Truck and Van.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection by our team.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every measure to ensure professional workmanship, Valley Truck and Van shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruptions, or vehicle downtime.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
6. Mobile Spray Services
For mobile spray applications, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and accessible work area with proper ventilation and clearance.
Valley Truck and Van reserves the right to postpone or cancel mobile work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for application.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard service area.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, photos, and graphics, is the property of Valley Truck and Van and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.
8. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful or harmful activity, including attempting to access restricted areas, uploading malicious code, or interfering with site functionality.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected through our website or service forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Governing Law
